THE GLEN PEEL is composed solely of barley malted according a traditional method of double distillation. This whisky is issued from a single distillery, carefully selected in the Highlands. Aged in oak casks for 12 long years, THE GLEN PEEL proves to be a high quality Single Malt, of a subtle complexity, matured in the respect of ancestral methods handed down from father to son. Accordingly, THE GLEN PEEL, endowed with a handsome deep bronze colour, is characterised by a sweet nose with fruity touches and a hint of vanilla. A woody aspect comes to the fore in the mouth, with a velvety finish enhanced by the woody taste of vanilla.

The label says it is produced by a distillery called "Glen Peel" ("Distilled and matured by Glen Peel Distillery, Ltd, Banfshire") and suggests it is coming from the Glenlivet distillery '"Speyside-Glenlivet Region"). It is not indicated " distilled at Glen Peel distillery", because I guess no such distillery exists. It is just the corporate name, and there is no real trickery on the label.
